2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance via our website or contact form.

• A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment.

• Full payment is due upon delivery of the final media unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.

• In case of weather conditions or technical issues, we may reschedule the service at no additional cost.

4. Media Usage Rights

• Clients will receive high-resolution videos and/or images with full usage rights for personal or business use.

• 360 Fairways retains the right to use footage for promotional purposes unless a written agreement states otherwise.

5. Drone Flight Compliance

All drone flights are conducted in accordance with local aviation laws. Flights are subject to:

• Weather conditions

• Airspace restrictions

• Permissions from relevant golf clubs or event managers

6. Liability

360 Fairways is not liable for:

• Any disruptions caused by unforeseen events (e.g., weather, club restrictions)

• Any damage to property unless caused directly by our equipment or staff

7. Modifications

360 Fairways reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of any revised terms.
